Thanks so much. I sent in a picture of my dog and used your online 3D like features to pick the type of canvas I wanted. It arrived right to my door and looks great. I like that the wire is already on and i had the option to change the hook. She died this past w/e and its been nice to walk by and see her healthy.

SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that.
PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product.
SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers).
OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order.
First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle.
Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself.
Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose.
Deeply dissatisfied.

I received my multi-panel canvas prints in the mail. I just wanted to let you know that I love the way they turned out! The color adjustments made were exactly as I had wished. The spacing and sizing are also just what I had envisioned for the image. (4 panel tandem bicycle picture)
