I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!

Have had two larger prints done, with a gallery wrap and I must say I'm extremely pleased with the quality of printing, colors are spot-on and the finish is top-drawer. Turn around time is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I am thrilled with this and would accept this enthusiastically as the final product, unless you tell me that there is a way, at this point in the process to darken the entire image somewhat.
