Delay in production
Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.

Thank you for correcting the shadow box I ordered that arrived too big. I received the replacement shadow box and it fit perfectly! I love the dark gray finish, too. I’m looking forward to receiving the 11X14 black shadow box to mount my other art.

My first order with USA On Canvas. It was worth the wait - large format print on metallic paper that was mounted on a wooden block with a resin coating. The effect is so realistic you feel you can reach out and touch the image as if you are in the photo. Price is the best on the web and the shipping was free. It was packed very well.
